It's been almost 2 weeks since Fiona's amputation and she has been doing so great. We've been wanting to get Fiona out of the house so we decided to take advantage of the beautiful weather and the snow on the mountains.

Our friends, Katie and Josiah, met us up there with their dogs. Fiona played so well with the other dogs and did not seem to have any trouble getting around. This was only the second time we have brought them up to the mountains to see snow, but they loved it as much as last time. Triton ran around chasing the other dogs and Fiona just ate the snow. After a little while, the fog rolled in, so we got some lunch before heading back down the mountain. Overall, it was a great first outing and I'm happy that Fiona is recovering so well.
